  1. Don’t upload photos of private property without permission

PLATFORM PROTECTION

PRPTY is protected under the safe harbour provisions of Australian copyright law as we:

  1. Don’t review content before publication

  3. Remove infringing content when notified
  4. Don’t have actual knowledge of infringement

However, this protection doesn’t extend to you as the uploader.

SIMPLIFIED USER AGREEMENT
